Tubing

Here are some photos from a recent tubing trip with some friends, it's always a blast even when the weather doesn't cooperate sometimes. When we arrived it rained, then it cleared up for a while then about half way through it rained again. The water was actually warmer than the air which is rare living up here.

Rummage Sale

The Rummage sale in Minturn is a glorified garage sale there are some treasures buried underneath all that stuff but it is hard to find. People wake up at 4 a.m. to wait in line for the doors to open.

Fire!

One of the reporters came back to the photo department and said there was a fire just down the street, usually these things are false alarms but it was a super slow day so I decided to check it out...good thing I did because it was a pretty good fire luckily no one was hurt...this type of thing almost never happens here.

Kids

I photographed lots of kids last week, summer school, and some stuff at the rec center...I am ready for a change...scared but ready.

Loose

I seem to be shooting loose lately, It seems like every now and then I try shooting certain ways, shallow depth of field , using only my wide angle lens, using only available light. I think it makes you better to challenge yourself like that, it keeps things new and interesting.
